Billing and cancellation

One plan, paid monthly. Your first month is free, and you can cancel at any time.

Every campaign, for one profile. Any VAT that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.

Your first month is free

Every new Bragi profile starts with one month free, counted from the day you sign up. You don't need a card to start.

When the free month ends, your campaigns pause until you subscribe. Your account, your brief and your history stay as they are.

Bragi is in beta. We'll tell you by email before billing starts for your profile.

You subscribe from your profile in Bragi: Profile, Billing, Subscribe.
You pay by card on a secure checkout page run by Stripe, our payment provider. Bragi never sees or stores your card number.
Your subscription renews automatically every month on the same date, until you cancel. You get a receipt by email for each payment.
If you have a promotion code, enter it at checkout. What it gives you, and for how long, is shown there before you pay.

Cancel from Profile, Billing, Manage billing. There is no cancellation fee and nothing to sign.
You keep Bragi until the end of the month you've paid for. After that you aren't charged again, and your campaigns pause.
You can subscribe again whenever you like.

Your first payment. If Bragi isn't for you, write to us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. Your subscription then ends.
Later months. You can cancel at any time and you won't be charged again, but we don't refund a month that has already started.
Mistakes. If you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled, or charged the wrong amount, write to us within 30 days of the charge and we'll refund the amount that was wrong.
How. Send the email address of your Bragi profile and the date of the charge to support@bragi-ai.com. We answer within two working days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with; your bank can take 5 to 10 working days to show them.

If you buy as a consumer, these terms come on top of the rights the law gives you, and never replace them.

We'll email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription, so you can cancel before then if you want to.
